When any of our products is labeled with “Best Price Guarantee”, it means we are fully confident that you won’t find a better deal in Kenya — and we’re ready to prove it.
If you find the same product at a lower verified price, we won’t just match it —
we’ll pay you double the difference.
This guarantee applies under the following conditions:
1. Identical Product
The product must be the same model, with the same specifications (processor, RAM, storage, screen resolution, etc.).
2. Comparable Condition
The product must be in similar cosmetic and functional condition — e.g. refurbished, tested, cleaned, and sold as working.
3. Genuine Software
The product must include a genuine and licensed version of the operating system (e.g. Microsoft Windows).
No cracked or pirated software is accepted in comparisons.
4. Sold in Kenya
The competing offer must be from a registered store or business operating in Kenya.
We do not accept comparisons from private sellers or foreign websites.
5. Official Documentation
The lower-priced offer must include:

A valid tax invoice or official receipt with VAT

Warranty terms similar to ours (minimum 6 months)

6. No One-Off or Liquidation Sales
The offer must be part of regular sales, not:

How to Claim
