No. Let's clear that up.
Windows 10 will 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 — even after Microsoft officially ends support in O𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
Here's what it really means:
✅ Your current apps and programs will keep running
✅ Your files and settings stay untouched
✅ Internet, printers, Office — everything works as usual
❌ You just won't get 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀
❗ You also won't receive 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, unless you pay for extended support (which most people won't)
💡 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝟭𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲
𝗦𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝟭𝟭?
Not always.
💡 If your PC is working smoothly, and you don't need the latest features — there's 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵.
In fact, upgrading an old machine to Windows 11 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗱𝗼?
We recommend:
* 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝟭𝟬 if your device is fast and secure
* Make sure you have 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘂𝘀 installed
* Don't rush into Windows 11 just because of "scary" headlines
* Talk to a trusted technician before upgrading
