• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfers, M-Pesa, credit cards. We do not accept cash

• Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on external factors.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

• You must inspect products within 48 hours of delivery and report any issues immediately.

 

7. Warranty

We offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all laptops sold by Kolm Solutions:

 

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

• Hardware component failures (e.g., CPU, RAM, SSD, display).

• Battery failures within the first 6 months.

 

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage (e.g., spills, drops, liquid damage).

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, worn keys).

• Unauthorized repairs or tampering.

• Software issues, including malware or unauthorized installations.

 

Warranty Claims:

1. Contact us at kenya@kolmsolutions.com with proof of purchase.

2. Ship the device to us for inspection. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. If eligible, we will repair or replace the product with an equivalent model.

 

8. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective products only.

• Products must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• Kolm Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

• We are not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to back up data regularly.
